Does ZapPoll charge a monthly subscription?
No. Every poll starts free with 100 responses. Plus is $9 and Pro is $20, paid once for that poll. Nothing renews; upgrading the same poll from Plus to Pro costs the $11 difference.
Do people need an account to answer a poll?
No. Respondents open the poll link or scan its QR code in their browser. Private polls require an invitation. Collecting a name or email is optional and included on every tier.
Can I collect form submissions without a backend?
Yes. Point any HTML form or HTTP client at a ZapPoll form endpoint. Submissions are validated, stored and encrypted at rest without a server of your own.
